Privacy policy
unliSNAP lets event guests share photos with their host and see them on a big screen. It is a product of unliANALYTICS. This page explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
- Hosts: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to sign you in and show you your events.
- Guests: the photos you share, and the name you type, if you choose to give one. Guests never need an account.
- Events: the event name, welcome message and settings the host enters.
- Technical data: your IP address is kept briefly in memory to stop one device from flooding an event with uploads. It is not stored.
Who can see photos
Photos are shared with the event's host and anyone they give the private dashboard link to. Approved photos appear on the event's big screen. Each photo is stored at a long, random web address, so it can't be found by guessing, but anyone who is given that address can open it.
How long we keep it
- Each event and all its photos are deleted automatically 30 days after the last photo was uploaded. Hosts can download their photos before then.
- Hosts can delete an event and its photos at any time from the event's dashboard.
- Host accounts stay until you ask us to delete yours.
Where it's stored
Events, photos and accounts are stored with Supabase, our database and storage provider. Sign-in is handled by Google. We don't sell your data, show ads, or use tracking cookies. Your browser stores a sign-in session and a list of dashboards you have opened, so you stay signed in.
Your choices
- Guests: to have a photo removed, ask the event's host, who can hide or delete it. You can also email us.
- Hosts: you can delete your events at any time, or email us to delete your account and everything in it.
